1. Usage Rights (Yours & Ours)

You CAN:

• View, download, and enjoy the digital art on this site for free.
• Print it out and hang it on your fridge, office wall, or secret underground lair.
• Show it to your friends and say, "Hey, look at this cool thing Logan made."

You CANNOT:

• Sell this art. (It's free! Selling free stuff is rude.)
• Claim you made it. (Logan worked hard on this. Let him have the credit.)
• Use it for hateful, mean, or illegal things. (Our monsters are friendly; keep the vibes good.)
• Mint it as an NFT. (Just... no. Please don't.)

2. At Your Own Risk

This website provides digital files. We do our best to make sure they are safe, high-quality, and virus-free. However, by downloading anything, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk.

If downloading a picture of a Space Cat causes your computer to become sentient and take over the world... well, we aren't liable for that. (Though it would be kind of cool.)

All artwork, characters, and stories on this site are copyright Logan Kearns. He owns the worlds he builds. You're just visiting them.

4. Third-Party Links

We might link to other sites (like charities or social media). We don't control those sites. If you click a link and end up in a weird corner of the internet, that's not on us.

We change things here often. New art, new stories, maybe new rules. We reserve the right to update these terms whenever we feel like it.
